Well I will keep my blog short and sweet today.  I went to the Latin Lounge to rehearse but was feeling unwell. Mark took some pictures for my site but then I decided in the interest of preserving my health for the launch that I would not do the full hour.

After the class I spoke with Andy – the manager at the Latin Lounge and he suggested I stay around to talk to some of the salsa dancers and spread the Zumba love. This is what i did. It was a little intimidating approaching strangers but everyone was really lovely and really welcoming and it was great fun.
