Sunday the Day of Rest and Promotional Photographs for the Zumba Zone
No actual dancing today…although I attempting a mini boogie in my head while listening to my ipod in
the supermarket. Beware of that folks, especially if you are like me and
are incapable of remaining still when the music fills your ears. Yes
it’s true I was wiggling in line at the Tesco’s and yes I am sure s few people noticed but hey I bet they smiled!!
Had an inspired thought to put a student area up on the zumba website . Offering
tips and hints for styling and going over moves that you might want to
practice between classes.This will be a free area to students and
you would be able to pick up the password at class.
I tried to do the first set of filming but it didn’t really turn out as well as I had hoped so
we might try again tomorrow night at the Latin Lounge after what
is going to be my second to last practice before I am unleashed on you
on Monday !! eek
