Zumba Plymouth Team Dancing to Rompe, this can be a little tricky because your arms are going in what feels the wrong direction. We would recommend getting your feet right first. Once you have done this, add the arms by thinking you are moving away from your hands! I know that might sound weird! Make sure you really use your abs when you do the thrust forwards. If you have any problem at all with your lower back please do not hyper extend it. I.e go from a neutral position and thrust forward, please do not arch you back ! Enjoy
